450 - Federal Highway Construction Contractors Annual EEO Report 1391

General Information

Purpose	This report formats the contractor-submitted workforce reports into a uniform EEO 1391 Report. This report takes some time to run due to the computational nature of the report.
Important Fields	Fund Source, workforce reports, prime contractor, and sub plan
Before running this report	Be sure that the configurations are complete, and the appropriate contracts have workforce and fund source assignments.

Parameters:

Business Rules:

1.Make sure the FHWA-1391 Workforce policy is configured and assigned to the appropriate contracts.

2.Make sure that the fund source types, and fund sources have been configured and assigned to the appropriate contracts.

3.Have contractors submit workforce reports for the month of July.

4.This report will count contractor’s workforce that is on the contract with the appropriate fund source.
