Service Industries are associated with contracts, vendors, certifications, procurements, and spend.  Thus, it is import to consider the industries that will be assigned before the configuration.  PRISM maintains six standard industry code sets.  Additionally, PRISM allows you to configure a custom set of industry codes.

A jurisdiction can use multiple industry code sets along with custom codes.  However, only one can be the default code set.

Default code sets define the code set to use during import if a code set is not defined.  the example below has NAICS, NIGP, and custom industries defined.  NAICS is the default.
