Goal Types

Goal Types are the specific goals that will be assigned to primes and subs on contracts.  They are configured as goal types, however, during the assignment process, the vendor is assigned the role of the goal type.  That is, Acme Construction's position is a sub and their role is an SBE.  This nomenclature makes a clear delineation between the vendor's certification and their role on the contract.

A goal of "No Goal", etc. should be configured to identify vendors that will not be performing a diversity role on the contract.
