Deleting Spend

Deleting spend will remove the spend from the PRISM database.  When deleting sub spend, PRISM considers if the spend has been acknowledged by the subcontractor.

 

To Delete Spend,

 

1.From the Spend Listing, select Delete from the menu associated with the spend

2.Affirm the confirmation

 

Notes:

 

1.Deletes are immutable

2.Spend charts are adjusted to reflect the spend change
