The Sub Plan Chart presents a graphical representation of the sub contractor utilization plan.  Each square box (node) on the chart represents an item in the contract.  The yellow box (only one) represents the contract node.  The blue nodes represents the prime contractors.  The green nodes represents the subcontractors.  The prime node is linked to the contract, while the sub nodes are linked to their respective prime nodes.

Operations on the sub plan may be accomplished by performing right-mouse-clicks on the respective nodes.  See modifying the sub plan for more information.

Toggle between the sub plan tree and sub plan chart views

The navigation button, located at the bottom of the screen changes depending on the mode of viewing.  Add mode will present the navigation in a wizard format.  The user must visit each tab in order.  In update mode, the user can visit any tab at any time.

To Add a Sub to the Sub Plan,

1.From the Sub Plan Chart, identify the vendor that will be subbed to

2.Right-mouse-click on the vendor and select Add Sub

3.Enter the subcontracting information

4.Click Save Sub

5.Click Save Changes

Note: If you do not add the subcontractor start date and end date the "non-reporting notifications" will not be sent if the sub or the prime fails to report.
