A great way to notify your vendor community of procurements that are active is to Publish the procurement. Publishing a procurement will provide the vendor with information about the solicitation when they log into PRISM to report. Information such as:
Solicitation Name
Colicitation Number
Issue Date
Pre-bid Date
Pre-bid Notes
Industry Code
Buyer Name
Web Address to download the formal solicitation
A list is procurements that have been published are provided when the vendor clicks the button named "Opportunities" once they log into PRISM or from the public accessible portal of PRISM (requires no login)

1.Identify the target procurement from the procurement list in the Acquisition Module
2.Click the small hamburger menu and select "Publish Procurement"
Note:
In order to publish a procurement the procurement must be active, that is, between the procurement Anticipated Release Date and the Anticipated Award Date fields. Procurements that lie between these two dates will activate a new menu option named "Publish Procurement" on the small hamburger menu.

The procurement is available for the vendor to see in the Opportunities menu option and the Published Quick Filter count is increased by one. Clicking the Published Quick Filter will provide a list of procurements that have been published.
Don't see the 'Publish Procurement' option? This may mean that the procurement is out of the Anticipated Release Date and the Anticipated Award date range. Check the values in the associated fields.
Once the procurement is published the Published Quick Filter count will increase by one. If it does not, you can force an immediate recount by clicking the refresh icon near the dashboards.
