PRISM offers a powerful feature that allows the monitor to copy the goals established in the goal setting session to the resulting contract.  This has many benefits:

1.The goal(s) do not need to be re-entered

2.The accuracy of the goal(s) stays intact

This feature can be invoked from the goal setting session.

To Push the Goal(s) to a Contract,

1.Identify the target procurement and select "Set/Review Goals"

2.Click the "Confirm Goal" tab

3.Click the "Push Goals to Contract" button

Note: The contract that the goal(s) is pushed to must exist in PRISM already.  Moreover, the contract number must be associated with the procurement profile information.
