Every availability listing should have companies that are ready, will, and able to perform the duties required for the solicitation.  PRISM allows the users to segment the availability list by those that are ready, willing, and able and those who are not.  From the availability listing a user can send the Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) questionnaire to companies.   The targeted companies will receive a RWA email from PRISM.  The companies can respond directly from the email. Each response is associated with the company in the RWA column of the availability listing. Below is an example of a RWA email for WBE Unlimited Corp.
