Each availability number on the goal setting screen is a link. When clicked, a listing of the available (that influenced the availability number) vendors will be displayed as a pop-up screen. This list is called the availability listing.
Availability Links
The goal setting availability is based on the inventory of vendors available to PRISM at the time of the goal setting session. Vendors may be added or removed from the availability at will.

Availability Listing
Vendors can be manually added and removed to the availability listing. When this occurs, the availability numbers on the goal setting screen are adjusted. The availability listing consist of several columns. A description of the columns is below:
Availability Listing Columns
Company Name: Clicking the link will provide more information on the company. click "I'm Done" to return to the Availability listing.
Industry Codes: Company industry codes that match the procurement category and/or procurement industry
Certificate(s): Active Certifications that the company have that are applicable to the availability goal
Total Employee: Number of full time employees working for the company
Latest Revenue: Latest revenue from the PRISM database
Market Area: The market area the company is willing to provide services
Distance: the distance in miles that the company's office is from the work location. This calculation is performed automatically be PRISM if the work location address is complete in the procurement record and the company's primary address is complete in the company's profile record. Otherwise No Vendor Primary Address (NPA or NWL) will be displayed respectively.
RWA: The results of the Read-Willing-Able survey sen to the company. The content of this column works in conjunction with the "Send RWA email" functionality. The column values are "Yes" (my form is ready, willing, and able) or "No" (my company is not ready, willing, and able).
Past Performance: A list of contracts that the company has performed. This information is shown as a pop-up link.
Availability Buttons
The availability buttons allow a user to add and remove vendors from the availability list. When combined with the filtering capability, the user can filter for companies meeting specific criteria and remove those companies from the availability list. PRISM, via the goal setting screen, will re-calculate the goal based on the modified availability.
For example, a user can filter for all companies that are more than 150 miles away from the job site then remove those companies from the availability. Moreover, perform a filter on all the companies that responded that they are not ready, willing, and able by filtering for "No" in the RWA column then clicking the "Availability --" button. Want to remove companies that are too small for the opportunity, filter on size and then remove the companies.
PRISM maintains a permanent list of companies that defined the availability list that produced the goal numbers. This affords transparency and defensibility.
