Viewing the Goal History will show the goals that were established for procurements of similar type and size.  Type is defined by the industry code that is assigned to the procurement.  Size is the based on +- 20% of the procurement budget compared to procurements that have been awarded.

Of course to show a history of goals, there must be historical data.  So, don't expect to see much data initially.  As goals are set and procurements are awarded, PRISM builds historic data.

The Goal History links are located throughout the goal setting wizard.

2.Locate and click the "Goal History here" link.  it is located on each step of the wizard
